Kimberly Carmichael


Kimberly was born and raised in Maryland, where She competed in gymnastics growing up. She graduated from Salisbury University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, and then went on to graduate from University of Maryland, Baltimore Physical Therapy school in 2016. She loves outpatient orthopedics and has a passion for exercise and developing proper functional movement to prevent injury and/or return an individual to the activities they enjoy. She is planning on working toward her certification in Functional Dry needling in the near future, which can also help in improving functional movement. She has worked as a personal trainer working with athletes from the aspiring level, all the way to elite collegiate level. She is happy to call Fort Collins her new home. Kimberly enjoys weight lifting, hiking, cooking/baking and playing with her Australian Shepard/Border Collie puppy, Nyx.
